Change the menu any time

Edit a price, add a special or mark a dish sold out. The QR menu on every table updates straight away, with nothing to reprint.

Orders only from seated guests

Staff open the table and give guests a 4-digit PIN. Without it, a scanned QR code shows the menu but can’t place an order.

Kitchen and bill stay in step

Orders go to the kitchen screen by station. When the table asks for the bill, it’s already added up with tax and service charge.

Table and room PINs

A photo of your QR code can’t place an order.

QR codes get photographed, shared in group chats and posted in reviews. On GiveMyMenu, scanning one only opens the menu. To order, a guest needs the table’s current PIN, which your staff give out when they seat people.

  • A new PIN every time a table opens. Last night’s guests can’t order tonight.
  • Five wrong tries locks that phone for 10 minutes and the table gets a new PIN.
  • Closing the table ends access for every phone that joined it.
  • Up to 12 phones per table, 6 per room. Staff can reset a PIN from the POS at any time.

PINs are included from the Starter plan.

  1. Scans the QR code. The menu opens.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes QR menus, ordering, unlimited tables or rooms, and a kitchen display for one location. PIN protection and printing start with Starter.

Does it work for hotel rooms?

Yes. Each room has its own QR code. Your front desk opens a session and shares a room PIN with the guest.

What if a guest has no mobile data?

Guests can connect to your venue Wi-Fi, or a member of staff can take the order on the POS. No app download is needed.

Which printers work?

Browser printing is available for receipts, kitchen tickets and QR stands. A dedicated thermal print bridge is planned for Epson, Star and compatible ESC/POS printers.

Can I keep my existing POS?

You can continue using your POS and record cash or card-terminal payments in GiveMyMenu. Direct POS synchronization is not currently included.

Do guests need to sign up?

No. Guests scan your QR, choose their food, and enter the table PIN. No account or app required.

What happens when a table closes?

Its PIN and trusted guest sessions stop working immediately. The next guests get a new session and a new PIN.
